Is Twist + Lick Dental Gel healthy for dogs?

A family member told me they use the dental gel for their dog and that it’s been working really well. I’m just wondering if there are any side effects with this product that I should be wary of. Can’t seem to find anything online outside of customer reviews. Thanks!
