Anybody Hear of Sammy Franco?

I'm not looking to bash on the guy at all. I recently came accross his youtube channel, which focuses primarily on self defense. He made his own self defense system CFA (Contemporary Fighting Arts) What makes me curious is that he claims to have one the most effective self defense systems and that he is the leading self defense authority in the World, with over 60 books and videos published. However, from what I could find, there are very few testimonials on what he has specifically contributed and done for the world of martial arts. An amateur Google search uncovered that he only offers private 1:1 or small group self defense classes for a price to be determined after reaching out to him. It looks like back in the day he also had a $10,000 no rules open challengebto anybody that could beat him in a fight, but I couldn't verify if this was satirical.

I was just wondering if anybody has experiance with him, his students or his Contemporary Fighting Arts system. Again, not looking to bash on the guy. I was just curious if anybody has any information to support whether or not he is legit.
