Happy birthday to my dearest girl from the series. I had this Ichinose aesthetic board on my drafts for long and been procrastinating to post sjsjsj but still, here it is:

My dear, gorgeous messy girl of the moment hehe. Ichinose seems to have a very consistent palette throughout the series and I'm curious to know if it will somewhat change as uh…the story progresses as it’s been as of late. I might just be overanalyzing, like with everything, but they have always tried to make her very home-y, you know? Very easy to digest, very likeable, very comfortable, very (till some point) predictable, very aspirational house wife-y, and that’s also reflected on the way she gets dressed. Despite the *insistence* On her body and her proportions, she is always mostly covered from head to toe, and very simply too compared to girls like Kei and Arisu (curious enough) which I think is to balance out with her dramatic beauty, AND to reinforce this aura of effortlessness around her. There’s hot girls who get portrayed as Madonna-like, very vixen typa girl, which doesn’t really happen with Ichinose personality wise (until now). All the sultryness of her is very much based on visuals or descriptions and behaviors of others around her and that allows a particular way to amplify the character’s likeability, since lots of people have her in mind as this sweet, cutesy, sensible girl who can do no wrong (she was dickmatized into machiavellism) and others, well….as something much different. I said she had a pattern before and it almost made me write her off the list out of frustration, but well damn here it goes i guess.

Happy Ichinose day!!💖
