Upgraded to customer after years of trying to get into Starbucks!

When I started to barista 6 years ago, I wanted to work at Starbucks, for the pay, environment at work, and benefits. After 4 years of applying, and gaining experience, I was SO excited to get hired! First year was amazing and a dream come true! Second year was a shitshow as corporate become conservative and my manager changed to someone that absolutely should not be in a management position. Now I'm just so glad to get away from this job I wanted so badly.
