Really weird haunted hardware problem with 3 PCs and 2 PSUs.

so here is the situation:

3 PCs, 2 PSUs.

PSU 1 work with PC A and B

PSU 2 works with PC A, B and C

So PC C works, But only with PSU 2.

And PSU 1 works PERFECTLY with PC A and B even with heavy load, while it doesnt even power on with PC C. Like i press power, literally nothing happens. But board is getting power, vanity leds on the motherboard lights up, rest of the pc shows no sign of life with PSU 1.

I have no idea why this would happen.
