Why is Pog so much better than Jonas?

Jonas is a great rider, one of the best in recent memory and really has the misfortune to be up against Pog.

It is clear that Pog is the more aggressive rider but what is it that makes him physically so much more dominant than Jonas. He is definitely bigger than Jonas, but does he have a bigger VO2 max for example?

I'm really trying to figure out how one of the best riders in the world (Jonas) can be made to look quite average when against Pog.
