Proposed new road in Sleepy Hallow

Hi! I know this will NEVER get passed but I genuinely think this will alleviate a lot of the traffic on SFD. There should be a tunnel road connecting Terra Linda and Sleepy Hallow. Something like the tunnel going to Rodeo Beach/Marin Headlands. It’s not a far stretch probably only around a mile long. This would help a lot of the traffic coming from the North. I know that the sleepy hallow community would NEVER allow this to happen because they love their peace and quiet but am I being unreasonable to think this is a good solution?
