What’s the point of playing 6v6 when you’re not even gonna play two tanks?

Serious question. I’m a tank main and I have been trying to get into 6v6 again, and it’s just not for me anymore. It’s literally the same problem we had back in OW1. I hate playing 5v5 as a tank, and I still hate playing as a tank even in 6v6. Why? Because 40-50% of my games, I’m still playing as a single tank. So, what was even the point of leaving 6v6 open queue still, when everybody complained about not having an off tank, just to NOT play the off tank still?
