Sudden, large, painful red stretch marks on stomach, arms, and hips – normal cortisol but low growth hormone and high white blood cells. What could this be?

Hello doctors,

I’m experiencing a sudden onset of large, painful, red stretch marks on my stomach, arms, and hips. Some areas are quite inflamed and sometimes hurt. One of my breasts has started to sag noticeably, and both are often sore.

My cortisol levels have been tested multiple times and are normal. However, my blood tests show elevated white blood cell counts and slightly low growth hormone levels. I also have chronic back and knee pain, a slightly crooked spine, and very low energy. There’s a possibility I have asthma, but it’s not yet confirmed.

I haven’t had any weight changes recently, and the stretch marks appeared quickly. My doctor suspects a connective tissue disorder but is unsure which one. I have been testet for but cortisol was normal

Can anyone help me understand what might be causing this or suggest what kind of specialist I should see next? Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated.

3 stretch marks appeared over night in February, and last night the rest appeared in the same way.

Thank you! (I can’t add a picture, but there is a lot and they are very red)
