Forward my ex-friend the apt info or nah?

We haven’t spoken in a few months. She ended the friendship and I’ve respected her boundaries.

Recently saw she was asking for help searching for an apt. She’s a single mom with 2 young boys and the rent was becoming too much for her.

A friend of mine is a realtor and listed an apt for rent that fits her bill and I think could be affordable to her. So the real Q is do I forward her the info? Well, not ME. Maybe a mutual friend or someone anonymously sends her the info? Or let it be and she can deal with it on her own since she’s the one who chose to end the friendship?

Even though we’re on longer friends I still have a soft spot for her but at the same time I still want to respect her wishes/request/boundary. I don’t want any trouble. I just feel like I’m stuck between a rock and a hard place right now.
