poor pefrormence

hi, i came back to carx street after 2 months i think and game is playing realy bad. fps cant hold stable 60 and constantly drops to somewhere around 50. its impossible to play now, before it was totaly ok. i have 4070ti and 13700k. is it common problem now or is it just me?
