Is opening a small Business in Ireland feasible?
Not sure if this is the right subreddit but recently I can't stop thinking about opening a small business after I finish college. I'm going to be based in Galway, I want to create a business selling Japanese imported goods (stationery, keychains, gachapon toys, stickers, postcards etc) along with affordable vintage Japanese products. I find a lot of shops in town sell knock-off Japanese goods so I want to create somewhere were people can buy authentic stuff whether new or second hand. I've found a good few suppliers and proxies to get the goods at a good price. I don't have much experience and I know the process will be very difficult but would this be feasible in Ireland's current economy? It's always been a dream of mine to open a small shop and I fear if I don't take this risk it'll be something I'll regret.
