[College research Statistics] Help me untangle this mess of equations for the data I have?

I've gone an calculated every possible combination and, in the process, confused myself about which bits I actually need. I'm trying to compare how Self-Efficacy scores (for 5 individuals) are effected by the MSCS groups (6 total), and which groups are more likely to equate to a high score in Self-Efficacy.
