This has been bothering me and I don't know who to tell

So I was looking on r/dating_advice and I read a post by a woman asking for what to do during oral sex, since she's been receiving, in her situation she was in her early 20s dating a man in his mid 30s, and she described him saying how he tells her she's doing good and he wants to make her gag but she said she's too shy, and what bothers me about this is that he wants her to gag during oral which I think is disgusting because it shows he wants power, and she came off sounding so kind and nice, I felt like he was taking advantage of her, I know she's just some random person online but she called it "intimacy" and I feel worried that an older man is taking advantage of a good woman i know it happens where the girl thinks she's in love but to the guy it was all fun, I never found the post again but I read it a year ago and it's been bugging since, To help you understand mt mental process I have a few disorders but all that matters for this IMO is that im OCD Bipolar and Autistic, I've been having intrusive thoughts about this and it's constantly bothering me because it makes me feel so upset at our world, I just want to get over it so pls read this respond for help.
