Help: Quest markers disappeared for all quests after most recent update/patch

When I opened Steam today, Oblivion updated and patched itself (haven't played in a few days). Now, I don't have quest markers for any of my quests, even though that was one of the top items that the update was supposed to fix. Suggestions?
