Hotel Decision for Tokyo

Deciding on Grand Hyatt or Hotel Toranomon Hills.

Stayed at the Grand Hyatt over 10yrs ago and I know they just completed their renovations. We are a family of three and wanted to get to most of our GOH.

Like the proximity to Shinjuku but also heard there is a station downstairs of the Toranomon Hills.

Pts redemption not available so the price difference is 1,300 USD so taking that into consideration as well.
