How to mount this cabinet

I had my kitchen redone and new cabinets installed. I kept one of the cabinets to install in the garage. It weighs about 30-35 lbs, I think, and has 2 pressboard strips on it back , and the frame seems to be pressboard as well, with thin wood cabinet back. (see picture--- cabinet is on its side in this pic).

I want to mount it on cinderblock.

I don't think the pressboard is strong enough to handle the load if I screw it into the cinderblock.

WOuld you recommend making a frame of 2x4 underneath to handle the weight, or get large T brackets to support the weight, or some other method.

Any advice, including hire someone to do it, will be considered and appreciated!
