Should I leave 401k where it is at or move it?

Long story short I was laid off a month ago and I have about 50k sitting in a 401k.

Do I leave it there? Do i transfer it to a new jobs 401k whenever I land a new one? Do I transfer it to a Roth IRA?

Something else?

Im a complete newbie with situations like this as ive never been laid off before.
