Any resales in Pittsburgh area?

Hey guys! My friend wants to full send and I was just checking to see if anyone in the Pittsburgh area has any GA bands for sale? I live locally and can come grab them from you once you get them in the mail. I can meet you where ever in the Pittsburgh area with cash. Thank you!!
