Looking for somewhere to travel solo for a weekend

Hey guys looking for somewhere to solo travel for the weekend. I’m in the midlands but ideally somewhere in the north or east or west coast.

I’m thinking somewhere small town ish, with independent restaurants and coffee shops, maybe a book shops.

Preferably somewhere super accessible by car, where I can drive around.

Kinda just looking for a few days to recoup, maybe by some water, some nature, good food. Etc etc.
