Zepbound new baseline BP

Side Effects

I've lost a significant amount of weight on Zepbound and now have issues with lightheadedness/dizziness. Differential diagnosis of orthostatic hypotension vs medication side effects vs dehydration. ECHO was normal, and BPs are stable, 1teens-130s. My baseline blood pressure before weight loss was 130s-140s until recently, and is now within normal range 1teens-120s. If I decrease my medication, then my BP is too high. If I leave the dosage where it is now, my BPs are perfect. The problem is that the dose I'm on now gives me orthostatic symptoms upon standing from a seated or squatting position. Will these episodes go away once I establish a new baseline BP of 1teens-120s and if so, how long does that usually take? I can hydrate and wear compression stockings all day but will still feel the lightheadedness/dizziness.

Side note, I have been on Zepbound 5mg for the last few months and didn't start experiencing these symptoms until a few weeks ago. My assumption is that it is NOT a side effect of Zepbound, rather a side effect of BP meds. Anyone else have this issue????

Example of orthostatic drop: Sitting: BP 126/82 HR 87. Squatting to standing: BP 118/90 HR 98.
