Just starting, new to investing. 24M. How much should I invest initially then monthly?

I have 7k in savings now. planning to keep 4k in emergency funds and rest for investment.

Is 3k initial investment in XEQT good and then monthly I can do 400? Or should I go higher in monthly, the max I can? How much monthly is sufficient or how much does an average XEQT investor invest? I can do 800 per month to the max
