Flex Trap.

Is it true that flex is a trap to keep fewer people from having benefits.

I've talked to several people who have said they've tried for months to move from flex to full time for benefits.

A couple years ago, our place removed flex because it was a head count headache.

Now here it is back in full swing and I'm stuck not able to go back to benefits.

They even hire more white badges before moving anyone to a shift that includes benefits.

Does anyone else have their FC doing the Flex Trap?
