I used 7 oh for about 2.5 months. How long until my dopamine returns to normal?

Ive been sober from weed about four months and was really looking forward to get that first time smoke feeling. I’ve been researching on chat GPT and it said it won’t hit as good bc my dopamine levels are depleted and that in 2 weeks my levels will only be at about 60-70%. Is this true? Has anyone quit weed and started 7 then quit the oh and started smoking again? What was your experience
