Crystal Palace FC memberships

I have just gotten the junior membership, and I haven’t got any loyalty points or access for any tickets? I am trying to refund it but now they are saying we must wait 48 hours. I really do not want to miss my chance with the FA cup picture, so what do I do? And has this happened to anyone before?
