Would these tests me enough to rule out sepsis?

Would these tests be enough to detect sepsis? Very scared

So for some backstory I had an impacted colon around ten days ago. This was eventually fixed with Miralax but during that time I began having extreme inflammation. Torso feels extremely hot as well as ears. Hives on left and right side of torso that come and go. Hands feel very stiff. Burning feeling in head. Random large bruises appeared on arms. Bottom lip began swelling. Fatigue. Flu-like sickly feeling. Oddly I do not have a temperature.

The doctor seemed sort of skeptical and just ran these tests and sent me on my way. Would this be enough? She didn’t explain at all what is causing these symptoms but she said I’m fine and to go home and rest.
