Where can an old man grab a coffee ‘round here?!

My father-in-law recently moved from Miami to Orlando to be closer to his kids after his wife had a stroke. He is feeling incredibly lonely and has a terrible case of caregiver burnout. He speaks zero English; only spanish. Does anyone know of any coffee shops where he can go and smoke a cigarette and have a cafecito? (Most shops aren’t super smoking friendly. which. ya know. I understand, but this isn’t about me. 🤷‍♀️) BONUS if you know of a place where a bunch of older-ish (60s-70s) spanish-speaking gentlemen can go to gather and just… socialize? he’s incredibly lonely and desperately needs some friends. Somewhere Downtown-ish would be wonderful; he liked Black Bean on Colonial but they weren’t keen on him smoking on the patio. I know that this is a weird and super specific ask, but you guys are my best hope. thanks in advance!
