How has it been over 7 months and console players still can’t chat during the ending and MVP screens?

Seriously, this is kind of absurd. By the time the ending and MVP cutscenes play out, a millennium has passed and console players can’t even say anything anymore since the whole lobby is already gone. And this is an even bigger issue since plenty of console players aren’t using a keyboard to type things out quickly.

Why the hell can PC players chat during these long ass, unskippable cutscenes but console players can’t? I’d simply like to be able to say “GG” before everyone in the lobby leaves, thanks.
