Student Loan Repayment Assistance-Disability

Hey all, I graduated from university in Jan 2023 and have since been using the RAP-D since I'm barely making any money for food let alone student loans lol.

I've just come up on my 6th RAP-D reapplication and they're requesting me to complete the Disability Verification sheet-- has anyone else had to do this after already receiving RAP-D??

I was registered as a disabled student throughout university and got a PPD grant for my last 2 years. It says on the repayment assistance website that you only need to fill out the verification form if youve never received PD or PPD grants.

I would normally have no issue with this, however my long term therapist has recently retired and I haven't started a new one yet, and also there's a shortage of doctors and I haven't consistently seen one since university where I used their on campus clinic.
