[Product Request] Alternatives to oil cleansing for dermaplaning?

Hi all, I’ve always used my Anua Oil Cleansing to dermaplane (shaving my face), but I’d always notice that in the following day I’d have small white heads around my chin and some in my forehead. I never correlated both but the other day I found out about fungal acne and it fits the description.

Today I shaved my face without the oil cleansing and it has become irritated and red and itchy. Does anyone know any alternatives to it? Thank you🙏
