Where does this sound come from ?

https://streamable.com/rnl9mm hello I fell off my bike yesterday, and since then it does this lil sound everytime I hit a bump. I tried to do the same with the wheel detached, and the sound disappeared, so ig it's when it's attached that the sound appears. Any idea ? Thank you
