$120 for pc repair?

I built my own pc but it was making a lot of noise and gets hot pretty fast, I took it to a shop and they said $20 for dusting $100 for check ups/inspection/if parts need to be moved around, if parts need to be ordered that will be more

Is this a reasonable price? I feel like it’s kinda expensive but I rather give $120 to an expert than spending a few hundred in my own hands(I have no experience)

And yes I could’ve cleaned it myself but honestly when I tried to do it the dust in the small cracks are hard to reach I tried q tips and paper towels but the heat makes the dust sticky I didn’t want to damage any parts

Hopefully they will do a good job cleaning it and not just use AD 40 for 5 minutes
