Where do you take your gold and silver?

Hey everyone — curious if anyone else has had this experience…

I was helping clean out a jewelry box and we came across a bunch of broken chains, mismatched earrings, and even an old silver dollar from the 1800s. Honestly, I thought it was all basically junk — but when I had it tested, it turned out to be worth way more than we expected.

It made me wonder how many people around here might have little bits of gold, silver, coins, or even dental gold lying around, not realizing it actually has decent value.

We are new here in Johnson City (next to Big Lots on E Oakland Ave), and one of my favorite parts is showing people what they actually have. You don’t have to sell — sometimes it’s just cool to know the history or melt value. (Gold Rush)
