Merge tacticz

Whenever I run goblins route and then get to end game I lose because I'm spamming through cards and goblins literally never show up. when you go 4 goblins path does it like remove/majorly reduce the chance of getting goblins from the card rolls. So many times i would've won if I could get goblins off level 3
