Help choosing baby boy name

Pregnant with my first boy after 2 girls and having trouble deciding on a name. There’s not really any boy names I’m in love with. My husband is from Mexico and I’m from the US so we are trying to find something that works well in both languages. My husband likes strong names and would like to use Felix (after his uncle) for a middle name but there’s nothing set in stone. Our top names right now are

1. Rafael
2. Matias (I love this one but my husband thinks it sounds too “soft”)
3. Valentin

Opinion on these? Also open to other suggestions.
