iOS User with G2 Max Scooter in the EU. From what I have heard, the easiest and safest way to unlock speeds up to 35 km/h seems to use an unlock cable

1. is that still true?
2. is there a functional or quality difference between the two cables (PBTech vs ElectricKicks)? There is a significant price difference
3. Does anyone have experience how much shipping from ElectricKicks to the EU costs?
