Shrooms vs Acid

Last time I ate mushrooms (2g) I had a pretty bad experience, mainly due to the body load being too much and making me anxious. I’ve had good mushroom and lsd trips in the past but now I’m a little worried about taking psychedelics, do you think if I try taking a 100ug tab that I’ll have the same bad body load experience? It could also just be a set and setting thing, I miss having fun trips but I don’t want to fuck up again
