My pc booting to msi click bios 5, after I left it for 30 minutes unattended. Then, black screen, monitor goes into standby.

My pc booting to msi click bios 5, after I left it for 30 minutes unattended. Then, black screen, monitor goes into standby.

Can someone please help? My pc was working perfectly normal since I got it. Today I left it turned on for like 30 minutes and I came back to see msi click bios 5. After I clicked "x" to go back to my screen, it shows a black screen and my monitor goes into a standby mode. I know nothing about pc's and cables inside it so i'm not able to open it and correct anything myself because I don't really know how this works, and i'm afraid of breaking it. I was working perfectly fine. I tried switching to hdmi. I tried disconnecting all cables. Restarting my pc. Switching to a different dp. I don't know what more I can do myself. I don't think my cat would be capable of breaking something inside? My pc. Also I can't find any help online. Anywhere I looked people give different advices I already tried and it doesn't work :(
