4.0C Q: worth getting the large grip?

I have the Echelon 4.0C with the small grip, love the gun; and while it feels ergonomic, it’s almost too small. I’m used to a Glock 19 for reference and have “medium” hands (but that’s subjective I guess).

I’m considering swapping to a medium or large grip but heard the medium isn’t much bigger than the small. Anyone with experience—does the large feel too bulky, or is it worth the jump? Thanks in advance!
