Can/should you list a conference presentation as an experience if you won a significant award?

So I was fortunate enough to have won a significant award at the American Academy of Neurology (AAN) annual meeting for my research while in medical school. I have listed the corresponding abstract in my publications section, but as best as I can see, there isn’t a way to indicate I won this award there. I really want to tell PDs about this award so I wanted to know if it would be reasonable to include this conference presentation as an “experience” to highlight this? My school’s advisor was unfortunately not super helpful in guiding me on this. Appreciate the advice, team!
