Need advices after hormones results

Hi everyone I would need some advices with the following results. I’d like to know if some of you were in a similar situation cause I don’t know if it’s a primary or secondary hypogonadism… Thank you very much for your help ✌🏻

Before clomid April 2024: LH = 7.8 FSH = 2.3 Testosterone = 4.29 ng/ml Free T = 591 pg/ml SHBG = ?

July 2024: LH = 7.5 FSH = ? Testosterone = 3.86 ng/ml Free T = 509 pg/ml SHBG = 21

With clomid October 2024 (one month after starting clomid) LH = 15 FSH = 8.5 Testosterone = 8.06 ng/ml Free T = 1064 pg/ml SHBG = 31

December 2024 (3 months after starting clomid and the end of the treatment) LH = 13.1 FSH = ? Testosterone = 7.29 ng/ml Free T = 1031 pg/ml SHBG = 23
