385 pages 12hrs

My yearly finals is tomorrow, I am a medical student and I have approximately 12hrs(awake) left before my yearly finals begin.

385 pages to study, I am familiar with some concepts if I had to reproduce it I can say rate myself a solid 4.5/10.

The only issue, I haven't revised this particular subject in about 10+ days and some concepts 100+ days.

I was too confident in my ability to remember that I backed myself into this corner, I have spent an hour studying and barely made a dent into my portions, even though I remember the stuff I've studied it still feels new.

My hands are shaking and I can barely sleep let alone look at my book without having a panic attack, procrastination has dragged me this far to the edge and fear is going to push me into the pit.

Here I am unable to look at the book, unable to study, unable to focus, and sitting in a dark room typing out a post online.
