I want to use Xbox app, but I can’t sign in because I don’t know my email or password

So I’m trying to sign into my account on Xbox app but coincidentally I don’t remember my password and my email isn’t like being used anymore and I don’t think I had a phone number linked to the account. What do I do when it says I have to reset my password I have to know my My email and to reset my email it has to send a code to my email but that current email doesn’t work anymore. I am signed into my account on my Xbox. Is there something I could do on there? please help.
