No apps on tiny 10 (only settings app)

im new to this so i dont know if this is normal but i downloaded tiny 10 and theres literally nothing except settings app what do i do? i tried to download browsers from chris titus tool but it didn’t work please give me some advice and i tried reset this pc but it stayed at 100% on preparing
