Failed Pregnyl trigger

42, unexplained infertility. 1st round, waited for more than a year to get cleared to go through the process. I just got home from my egg retrieval. No eggs retrieved. They did a pregnancy test to check HCG level and no trace of the trigger. I second guessed myself since I took the trigger at midnight Friday. But I checked my leftover pregnyl and there's about 1ml left so I did my injection alright. My dose is 5,000 btw. The doctor told me that she told my doctor to change my trigger shot.
