Mohji X Cabaji - Buggy Deck

I am currently playing my first Buggy deck, and i have a question about the rules around Cabaji's ability to negate a K.O of Mohji. If i use Mohji as a blocker to block an attack and it would knock him out, Cabaji's ability negates that, correct?
