Ready or not Iron man mode help

Hey, I’m pretty sure this is my first post on Reddit. But I am struggling with Iron Man mode with no deaths of officers. I’ve been scrolling around, and everyone keeps saying “equip this rifle on your officers, equip this long tactical on your officers” no one seems to know exactly what the best idea is. And with the new update alt+f4 does not work. I usually go in by myself or at least take the lead. And I usually run the P90 due to the fact that it’s a 5.7 caliber weapon, it has a 50 round magazine, and it seems to really drop people. I rarely give instructions to people to drop their weapons out of safety for myself and noncombatants, but I still seem to struggle. Does anyone have any tips with the new update?
