Looking for an MLP animation I saw 10 years ago. Very little to go off of.

Hi! I started watching this show a few months ago and during that time this memory of an animation I saw all the way back in may of 2015 has been eating at me (It was between May 1st to May 3rd, I know the exact date because I was out on vacation). As for the animation itself, I know that it was on YouTube and definitely was one of those videos that aren't meant for kids.

I only caught a few seconds of it as I glanced over a toddler watching it, but from what I vaguely remember in the video, Twilight Sparkle may have been high while crouched down in what I think was a restroom stall, maybe in high school (I'm not a hundred percent sure about either of those tbh). But then here's the part I do remember, She said the word, "assholes." Something like, "You assholes blah blah blah" and I'm not sure if there was someone outside the stall or if she was talking to the audience (also may have been a male voice over). At this point I stopped watching and decided to snitch to toddler's parent. So, that's all I got. One more thing is I'm not sure if it was human or pony Twilight.

TL;DR

Video features Twilight who is possibly high as a kite in what I think may have been a high school restroom, referring to some people or someponies as "assholes".
