Suddenly allergic to tape?

I’ve been using wivov tape for a while (2 ish months) and I put it on the other day and it was so itchy and gave me a really bad rash. It was a new box but idk what was wrong. No change in product in it. Does this happen to anyone else? Does it stop after a while of taking a break? I give it 2 days before re-putting on tape.
