First time dasher question..

I had gotten up to 94% acceptance rate but I let 3 orders be reassigned because they were 3$ & I went all the way down to 66%. Well I did 11 orders last night & now I'm at 63%!!

What happened here?? I was almost at Gold.. 😢😭
